Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is at 11:30. The front office is open from 07:00 to 22:00. If you arrive outside these hours, security is on-site around the clock and can be reached via the phone in your room.

Most rooms at De Mer are 24 sqm and sleep two to four guests with two king-size beds. A selection of rooms are available with four single beds instead. All rooms have a private bathroom and no separate living area. Four rooms are fully accessible for guests with disabilities.
If you’d like to request a specific bed configuration, contact us before arrival and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Every room comes with four bottles of water replenished daily, a refrigerator, kettle, four glasses, one hair dryer, two body towels, body wash and shower gel. A small key deposit of 200 THB per room is collected at check-in and returned when you leave.

Breakfast is included in your room rate and is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00 as a full buffet with filter coffee, tea, and cold drinks. A café on-site serves premium hot and cold drinks if you want something beyond the buffet, at an extra charge.

All rooms are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony outside their room or in the designated smoking areas on the property.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own food and eat in the common areas or outside your room. The hotel bar and restaurant sell a full range of alcoholic beverages if you’d prefer to order on-site.

Children aged four and under stay free of charge. Children aged five to eight are charged at half the adult rate. Children nine and over are counted as full adults for pricing purposes.
The hotel has a babysitting service available on request. Baby cots are not available, so if you’re travelling with an infant please plan accordingly.

De Mer is pet-friendly. The fee is 400 THB per stay for pets up to 10 kg. Pets over 11 kg are charged an additional 400 THB on top of the standard rate. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet so we can prepare the right room for you.

De Mer sits directly on Nam Daeng Beach, a white sand beach on the Gulf of Thailand coast in Mae Phim, Rayong. The beach is private to guests of De Mer Resort and The Toy Beach Resort, the neighbouring property under the same ownership. Guests of both resorts have free access across both properties.

De Mer and The Toy Beach Resort are two separate properties next door to each other, owned and managed by the same team. Guests of both resorts share the beach and have free access to each other’s facilities.
The Toy Beach Resort has 78 rooms, all deluxe configuration for up to four guests, with select rooms positioned closest to the beach. De Mer has 58 rooms across several room types, including sea view rooms with balconies and four accessible rooms for guests with disabilities.

Both resorts share a two-zone car park. The zone you’re assigned to depends on which resort you’re booked at. The car park can accommodate up to four to six coaches, so there is ample space for cars.

The front office is open from 07:00 to 22:00 every day. Security is on-site overnight and the phone in your room connects to the duty team 24 hours a day.

The resort has live music and a cabaret show every evening. On Saturday and Sunday evenings there is a fire baton twirling show on the beach. Banana boat rides are available on the beach in the evenings, and rubber rings are available for rental.
The hotel sells tickets for snorkelling and scuba diving packages. There are two options. The shared day trip joins a small group and visits three islands – suitable for one to four guests. The private charter lets you choose your own islands and departure time, and is suitable for larger groups or guests who prefer a private trip. Speak to the front office to book either package or to ask about current pricing.
